When making a direct booking to rent My Bijou holiday home, guests must agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. A maximum of two (2) people can stay in the house at the same time, unless otherwise agreed by the owners in writing. My Bijou is an adults-only holiday home and not suitable for mobility-impaired guests.

2. No smoking inside the house and cigarette butts outside the house are to be put in a container and disposed of with the rubbish by guests.

3. All rubbish and empty bottles are to be disposed of by guests in the municipal recycling and rubbish bins in the lower parking lot in front of the house prior to departure.

4. No pets are allowed in the house, unless otherwise agreed by the owners in writing.

5. Any damage caused to the house and its contents by negligence or carelessness must be paid for by guests prior to departure.

6. Guests must ensure the house is properly secured and locked when absent and at night time.

7. Guests will endeavour to save electricity wherever possible by switching off appliances when absent from the house.

8. Guests must not leave the oven, cooktop or washing machine unattended when switched on.

9. The house should be left in a clean and tidy state upon departure.

10. Guests must be respectful of the neighbours and not make excessive noise inside the house or outside in the garden. Justified complaints by the neighbours could lead to early termination of the rental agreement.
